· Fees are charged for the advice, sourcing, packaging and administration of the mortgage application.
· There is no fee for the initial consultation
· The fee charged is dependant on the type and nature of application; Fees can sometimes differ from those stated below and all fees will be disclosed during the first appointment and on the subsequent mortgage illustration. Where applicable, the fees will also be made clear through the My Mortgage Account Platform system.
· Fees are non refundable but are only made once; i.e. should the original purchase fall through and/or there’s a subsequent purchase/application, there will be no additional fees.
Typical fees are;
· Residential/Standard BTL Purchase:
· £195 payable on application, £300 payable on receipt of the mortgage offer: Total £495
· Residential/Standard BTL Remortgage:
· £250 payable on mortgage offer.
· Residential/Standard BTL Product Transfer:
· £150 payable on mortgage offer.
· LTD Company BTL purchase/remortgage:
· £195 payable on application/£300 payable on receipt of mortgage offer. Total £495
· The fee won’t exceed 1% of the total mortgage.
